Somatic release therapy

You can learn how to release pent-up tension and emotions in your body in a safe, gentle & trauma-informed way.

  • Come drop into a space of resilience, release, and restoration.

In this special workshop, we’ll use meditation, trauma-informed breathwork, and acupuncture to help you let go of stress, soften old patterns, and reconnect with yourself in a deeper way. This is an opportunity to slow down, breathe, feel, and rest — so you can leave more grounded, open, and renewed.

We’ll begin with guided meditation, continue with a somatic breathwork experience, and close with a restorative acupuncture integration led by Ryan Bemis, Doctor of Oriental Medicine.

“I have found yoga, somatic healing, meditation, and acupuncture to be some of the best ways to heal myself and support people in my community as we all face trauma, injustice and increasing social isolation. We’re all searching for freedom. We don’t have to do it alone. There are so many tools that can help us build resilience even in the darkest of times and places. My intention is to create safe space for you to cultivate your own inner connection, put these tools into your hands, and help you step back into your power. ”

-Ryan Bemis, Doctor Oriental Medicine, Certified TRE provider, Heroic Coach and Yoga & Meditation teacher.
